THE COACHING EXPERIENCE

The coaching experience can take one of several forms. To assist you in choosing the plan that's right for you, I like to compare the intimacy coaching process to that of working with a personal health and fitness trainer.

INTRODUCTORY ASSESSMENT (1-2 HOURS)

An introductory Q & A session to explore how coaching can work for you. We discuss your short and long-term goals and co-create a personalized coaching plan to fit your needs, schedule and budget.

Fitness Example: You meet with a fitness trainer to explore the benefits of personal training and various training options and costs.

HOURLY SESSIONS (1 – 2 HOURS)

You are focused on an immediate, specific coaching goal. You are seeking short-term advice, insights or assistance with a specific issue, rather than ongoing or intensive coaching support.

Fitness Example: You need to lose 10 pounds before your upcoming class reunion. You commit to working with personal trainer once a week and adopt a disciplined diet and exercise plan to achieve your goal on schedule.

MULTIPLE-HOUR INTENSIVES & PACKAGES

You are addressing one or more intimacy issues and are seeking to learn and practice new skills to create permanent transformation. This is the most cost-effective choice for couples, as well as individuals with more complex coaching goals (e.g., sexual re-patterning, EMDR, Love Me Tender® or Relationship Remodel® training). Sessions are pre-paid in 12-hour blocks that can be used for hourly sessions, half-day intensives or full-day intensives (recommended for busy people who may have a difficult time meeting weekly).

Fitness Example: You're facing a crisis. You've been struggling with the same old diet and exercise challenges for years. Recently, the situation has gotten serious and your health is at stake. You realize you need professional support to learn and master a healthy lifestyle. You commit to working regularly with a fitness coach until your health is restored.

YEARLONG PROGRAMS

You have multiple long-term goals and you're committed to radically transforming your intimacy and relationship patterns. The yearlong program is an educational process, not a short-term fix. You receive a minimum of 12 hours of coaching support per month – in person, via phone, Skype or Zoom. We set specific, measurable success goals. Quitting when the going gets tough is not an option!

Fitness Example: You know the best way to stay on track with your fitness program is to commit to regular training sessions. In the past, you may have signed up for fitness programs and quit when you got too busy, discouraged or stressed. You might have bought expensive fitness equipment or gym memberships that never got used. You need a coach who is dedicated to your success and will be a committed partner on your transformational journey.

SESSION PRICING

The introductory assessment is $99 per hour. Session rates vary per coaching plan and payment method. (I offer cash discounts.) Since I do not accept health insurance, I will work with you to create a personalized coaching plan to fit your needs and budget. I am committed that cost not be a barrier to working with me. If cost is a concern, please ask about my sliding scale programs. I may also offer barter credit if you are willing to (anonymously) participate in my program development or educational media productions.
